I have so many wonderful memories of seasonal holidays, and most of them are centered around my passion for good food. There are some holidays that cater to this passion more than others, and Thanksgiving is definitely high on that list! It’s a day that I look forward to preparing a feast for my family at home or getting a group together and celebrating at Wildfire.

Everything that I may be preparing at home will also be served at Wildfire, with the same quality and care that I give home cooked meals. It’s an all natural Michigan turkey with all the fixings, served family style.

This is our fourth year serving Thanksgiving in Schaumburg, and we have been doing it at our out of state locations for a few years as well. I always make a point to visit Schaumburg on Thanksgiving Day, whether it’s to celebrate with my family or simply to taste the food, and each time I’m struck with how inviting the atmosphere is. The restaurant smells wonderful and the staff is always smiling in anticipation of spending the day with all of the appreciative customers. There really is a positive, celebratory feeling there.
