Wildfire will host a series of monthly wine dinners in 2008. Wildfire’s Wine Director, Brad Wermager, surveys and invites the finest wineries from regions including California, Washington State and Italy. Each wine dinner will feature a special discussion and presentation from a representative of the selected winery and the wines will be accented by the exquisite cuisine of Chef Steven Lukis.
