Betty's (Joann's Mom) Tom & Jerry 2 oz. Tom & Jerry Mix 2 oz. Spiced Rum Top with hot water and stir Tom & Jerry Mix: (makes 16-20 servings) Beat 12 egg whites until stiff. When they are half way beaten, add ½ tsp. baking soda. Add 2 lbs. powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, beat 12 egg yolks until creamy and lemon-colored. Add 1 tsp. all spice, ¼ tsp. cloves, 2 ½ tsp. cinnamon, and a pinch of ginger to the egg yolks. Fold the yolk mixture into the white mixture.
Enjoy any of these delicious holiday drink ideas at your office party, dinner or gathering at home with friends and family! Have a safe and joyous holiday season. Now I think I'm going to start celebrating with a "Snowflake" or perhaps a "Sparkling Sangria"... Cheers to you! Brad Wermager
