Spread the word, the Key Lime Pie martini (yes, the version that our customers pleaded for) is coming back to the Wildfire!

The new IL Wildfire martini, wine & beer lists will be launched throughout the month of September beginning in Lincolnshire on Wednesday, Sep 7th. Along with the highly anticipated return of the Wildfire Key Lime Pie martini- made with Svedka Vanilla vodka, our special Key Lime Pie cream mixture and a graham cracker-sugar rim, there are several other martinis & cocktails sure to please our Wildfire fans.

I challenged one of our resident mixologists from Wildfire Lincolnshire, Joann Simonson (creator of the ever-popular Stormy Night Martini), to try and come up with a martini that tastes as close to a Starburst candy as possible. She came up with a martini that I truly believe tastes very similar to an orange Starburst candy- very yummy! The Wild Burst martini features a new vodka, Kru, that comes in a hip and trend setting thermal aluminum bottle and of course the taste of the vodka is as great as the packaging.

I also challenged Joann to come up with a martini that tastes like a chocolate turtle (chocolate, caramel and pecans) and she rose to the occasion once again and came up with the extremely delicious Turtle Sundae martini made with Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate vodka, Van Gogh Dutch Caramel vodka, praline syrup, hot fudge and cream- you need to try Joann’s masterpiece!

On the “lo- cal” or as we like to call it “slender” cocktail side, we are adding a Skinny Pineapple Coconut martini made with Bacardi Rock Coconut Rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice and Monin Sugar Free Sweetener and also a Guiltless Margarita made with Sauza Blue Agave Tequila, Cointreau, fresh squeezed lime, fresh squeezed orange & agave nectar- you won’t believe that either of these are less than 120 calories!

The rest of our new beverage menu roll out dates for the Illinois Wildfire locations are as follows: Glenview on Friday, September 9^th, Schaumburg on Wednesday, September 14^th, Chicago on Monday, September 19^th and Oakbrook on Tuesday, September 27^th. The out of state Wildfire locations and their corresponding launch dates for their new wine, beer and martini lists are as follows: Eden Prairie, MN on Wednesday, October 5^th, Tysons Galleria, McLean, VA on Wednesday, October 26^th and Perimeter Atlanta on Tuesday, November 1^st.

I am very anxious for our customers to try some of these and other new and exciting martinis/ cocktails coming this fall to all the Wildfire locations!
