The kit includes 2 racks of lamb from Stock Yards Packing of Chicago, to roast at home with cooking instructions, plus seasoning and Diane sauce. The complete dinner includes Wildfire cornbread, Wildfire Chopped Salad, au gratin potatoes, roasted asparagus, and a whole Carrot Cake.
