When our guests inform us of their specific allergens, managers, chefs and the service team work together. Recipes are checked and necessary modifications are confirmed to prepare dishes that will meet the needs of our guests and keep them safe.
Wildfire is proud to serve our guests with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. We offer an extensive gluten-free menu, which features many of our specialties including steaks, seafood, gluten-free pizza, sandwiches, and barbecued ribs and chicken. All of the same food allergy procedures are used when a guest orders from the gluten-free menu.
