That complexity is celebrated throughout the evening as every course is intentionally paired with a Phase Three beer.

From the bright fruit notes of the So Ripe Fruited Sour Ale to the rich malt character of the P3 Amber Ale, every pairing has been selected to elevate the dining experience.

Guests will enjoy four courses while learning about the brewing process from Phase Three Account Manager Steven Vasquez.

The evening also celebrates a partnership that continues to grow between two organizations passionate about hospitality.
