Thank you for choosing to dine with us. To help ensure the safety of our guests and employees during this time, we have set in place new dining standards. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and loyalty.

  • Guests are required to wear masks while in the restaurant, only to be removed while seated at your table. Staff will be in masks at all times.
  • All guests will have their temperatures taken prior to entering the restaurant.  Any guest with a temperature over 100.0 Degrees Fahrenheit will not be allowed to dine with us.

Allergens

We are ready to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions, intolerances, and food allergies. Extensive training of our staff, specified allergy procedures, and a commitment to safety is part of our organization’s culture. When our guests inform us of their specific allergens, managers, chefs and the service team work together.  Recipes are checked and necessary modifications are confirmed to prepare dishes that will meet the needs of our guests and keep them safe.

Wildfire is proud to serve our guests with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.  We offer an extensive gluten-free menu, which features many of our specialties including steaks, seafood, gluten-free pizza, sandwiches, and barbecued ribs and chicken. All of the same food allergy procedures are used when a guest orders from the gluten-free menu.
